yes, but then, they rely on an un-documented bug of ^TO_.
^TO_ is documented as:
[...] which should catch all destination specifications containing a
specific *address*.
while ^TO is documented as:
[...] which should catch all destination specifications containing a
specific *word*.
So ^TO sould not be changed (it works), only ^TO_ should be fixed (IMHO).
