This bounce message should be sent for only those messages which contain 
only HTML mail (no text version) and which contain the header 
"X-Spam-Status: No".

Any ideas for what might work for this?

Well, as I mentioned the first time, an auto-reply mechanism is shown
in the man pages.  I erred in saying "man procmailrc", however; it's
in "man procmailex".  Search in there for "vacation".

The condition is what I and others gave you already:

   * ^Content-Type:.*text/html

I looked at your home page and believe you're a smart enough cookie
to connect the dots from there.  Do look in the man pages.  :-)
