1) Could it be that you have extraneous whitespace at the end of the condition
lines, that you can't see?
2) Could it be that you have ^M's at the ends of the lines, from editing
in a non-Unix editor?
3) Could it be that the space after the header colon is in actuality
either more than one space or a tab, instead?
