I've noticed that there are three lists that don't work using the
X-BeenThere, the XMMS list, ALSA List and the KDE list. I'll try
adding the .* to those three and see what happens.
Did you ever consider the VERBOSE=on/off parameter? Have you read any
of the list or the procmail-quick-start:

You can probably solve your own problem just by looking at your on log
output with the proper settings.
