There have been a few replies here already, but there's also my "furrin.rc"
rcfile which you can find linked from my .sig. In addition to checking for
hibit (another search keyword: 8bit) characters, the recipe also used
identified character sets, which are placed into some general
groupings. Collect up the groups you don't want, and deal with them
accordingly.
I use a "spammishness" system, rather than simply flagging messages as good
or bad on individual characteristics, but where you see the spammishness
getting set is where you can take action instead.
