The recipe just for filtering the mailing list works, but the second
rule doesn't.
I see only one recipe, with two conditions. These conditions
are AND-ed, so both need to be true.
A slightly modified version:

* ^[^:]*List[^:]*:.*\<uml-devel(_at_)lists\(_dot_)sourceforge\(_dot_)net\>
* B ?? SVN[ ]commit

I used a different header, any header with List in its name.
If you look into the source of list messages, there almost
always is such a header.
