"if" with INCLUDERC - possible?

Hello!

I have the following line in .procmailrc for each user:
 INCLUDERC=/var/www/squirrelmail/data/${USER}-spamrc

Unfortunately, procmail complains if the file is missing.

Is there a way to get procmail to ignore this missing file?
