That's a message created by UW-IMAP.
Actually it's a message created by any software that uses the UW
"c-client" library to access a traditional unix flat-file mailbox.
That includes UW's imap server, its pop3 server, the Pine email
client, and several other clients and servers that are built on UW's
library but don't [*] advertise the fact.
[*] Aren't allowed to, by UW's license, as I recall. UW will let you
use their sofware, but does not want to hear from your end users when
something goes wrong.
