Not only is he vac-replying, the auto-responses are in HTML only. I had to
open a raw message to figure out why I had 3 emails from him in my
"private" (not from the list) box with procmail-list subject headers.

Poof, he's gone.

I checked my spam mail, and found the turkey's messages residing there.  I 
score HTML-only very high on my spam scale.  Legit messages should contain 
a plaintext form.
