As a minimum you will need a trailing '/' after SpamBox to deliver to a
Maildir style folder. You may also need to have it as /SpamBox/ as well,
although I use the trial and error method to sort these out as I'm not
that smart :-)
Turn on verbose logging as well - this will tell you everything.
