Script not acting as expected

2008-12-17 16:40:18
I've got this procmail script:

:0
* ^TO_(online)
| /usr/local/bin/dmail +online

:0
* ^TO_(support|internal)
| /usr/local/bin/dmail +Support

:0c
* !^FROM_DAEMON
* !^FROM_MAILER
* !^X-Loop: to_gmail
| (formail -i"Cc:" -I"To: <backup-address>@gmail.com" \
             -A"X-Loop: to_gmail" \
) | $SENDMAIL -t

:0
| /usr/local/bin/dmail

The problem I'm running into is that email addressed to the user and to
the support list ends up with two copies in the Support folder, none in the INBOX, and no
copy sent along to the backup account.

What we wanted to happen in that case was for one copy to go into the
INBOX, one to go into Support, and one to be forwarded to the backup account.

Any help much appreciated.

Regards,
