I seem to remember that this has been discussed on the list before.
From what I recall you use EXITCODE and HOST. A quick 'google' for
'procmail EXITCODE HOST' found the following reference, see the
bottom of the page:

The exit code you want is 75 and not 67/100 as used in this example.
I have not tried this myself and would be interest to know if it works.
