Exim, for example, passes the SENDER, RECIPIENT, and MESSAGE_ID
environment variables to any pipe delivery, either those invoked from
.forward files or configured directly in exim.
The message id, and whatever you mean by SENDER and RECIPIENT, will be in
the headers of the email.
For instance, the message I'm replying to has:
Return-Path: <procmail-bounces(_at_)lists(_dot_)rwth-aachen(_dot_)de>
Sender: procmail-bounces(_at_)lists(_dot_)rwth-aachen(_dot_)de
