I'm one of the primary administrators of Postmark.net, a free web-based
e-mail service with over 70,000 users. We're more than happy to do our
part in the fight against spammers, and our domain entries have been
changed to reflect the proposed SPF standard. (with full spf=deny at
that) As time goes on and SPF evolves, we'll also be making changes to
keep up to date.
Thanks for your effort to make an effort to stop these guys. We maintain
an extremely active abuse department, but we still get reports from alot
of joe-jobbed invaliduser(_at_)postmark(_dot_)net addresses on a daily basis.
Hopefully, this is a step in the right direction. I'll be making a post
to our userbase sometime this week that includes a SPF mention, assuming
nobody objects. Or would you guys rather wait until the actual RFC rolls
out? Your call, we just want to help out over here.
