Bounce messages are sent with null reverse-path, precisely not to
create mail loops. This is the behaviour suggested by RFC 2821,
section 3.7, second last paragraph.
Yes, they are. But a naive .forward file that contains the line
|/usr/lib/sendmail -oi C(_at_)example(_dot_)com
won't distinguish a bounce message from other messages. The bounce
message, after forwarding, will have B's address as the envelope
sender.
