Steven,

You shouldn't have a problem adding an SPF record to your DNS configuration
at ZoneEdit.com. They are one of the few free DNS providers that will allow
text records.

Subject: [spf-discuss] I'm just learning about SPF and I have a few
questions.

I host my own domain at home over my cable modem. I'm running Linux and
sendmail. I think I understand the setup for sendmail and for setting up
the TXT record. My DNS is hosted by zoneedit.com. I can't host my own DNS
because I don't have a static address. Is there a problem with adding the
TXT record if zoneedit.com doesn't honor the SPF record? (They are also my
secondary MX record.) Also, it seems like it would be good if they could
get on board with this since they host ~610K domains.

TIA.

Also, I don't know if you guys are aware but there's a well written
article in this month's Sysadmin magazine which mentions SPF.
