Hmm. Maybe we can get around this by saying that if a domain has A but
no MX, we can produce an implicit SPF record that is just "v=spf1 a -all".
Absolutely!
That would save 7/10 of the records I just published (which are -all for
all non-mail A-record hosts)
I think it's time for that grandfathering to more or less end...
