Uh, I think this is the version of the SPF *specification*, which
includes both the syntax, AND the semantics. We can't change the mean
of "exists:" without creating huge problems.
I think the probablility of going through more than 3 incompatible protocol
changes and still having the net follow us is negligible. So leave the
syntax as it is.
Agreed. And the semantics.
