Ahh- but if they do that, then the RBL's will pick it up, and quickly
publish the fact to the world. If all it takes is publishing a list of
domains to block, I think we'd all be happy.
If this came to pass, we could all colaborate on a RBL to say these
people are abusing SPF disposable domains. The first people to get the
spam might actually have to deal with it, but large ISP's could help
publish that domain, and detect it based on number of emails coming
from that domain. If they have to switch domains every few minutes
due to rate limiting, it would get much more expensive very quickly...
not to mention having some method of tracing them back via the
Registrar... Also, it generally takes a few days to set up a domain,
which would also be pain for them..
