You missed SES+SUBMITER+SPF.
SES doesn't add anything over and above SUBMITTER and SPF. The very
introduction of SUBMITTER means that SPF can be bypassed.

SES lets you check the bounces.
SUBMITTER has to match the headers.
In the SPF+SUBMITTER case on that web page, the problem is that the
spammer can send arbitrary emails. Bounces are hardly of interest any
more. Thus SES is irrelevant.
