That probably depends upon which zone they are listed in. One might
expect that the DSN, bogusmux, and perhaps the ipwhois zones are
commonly used as restrictions during rfc2821 processing and the
others, postmaster, abuse, and perhaps whois are mostly used when one
is trying to contact a responsible person at the domain and a listing
in those zones suggests that effort to reach this indicated contact is
likely to be futile.
Of the domains listed above google.com is not now listed and, as of
this writing, each of the others are listed only in the postmaster or
abuse zones.
