It did the same for me (see below).
We went over this issue, a while ago. And while it is theoretically possible
to have a DSN with multiple recipients (alias expansion!), if you have no
such multi-pronged addresses, then the likelihood of a DSN with multiple
recipients being spam, is almost 100%. I have my own milter check recipients
for such aliases (to be exempted); every other DSN with multiple recipients
gets rejected.
