It is only Microsoft. The broken report on dnsreport.com seems to
imply that suddenly, the Internet will suddenly embrace SPF on
October-1.
It is not just Microsoft, AOL has been telling people for a while now
that if they don't publish SPF records they may lose their AOL
whitelisting. I think it is likely that there will be other large
ISPs that come out with similar target date.
