If you do a lookup on spf.terra.com.br you will see:
An A record pointing to 127.0.0.2
A SOA Record and a NS record
If the A record is intended to signal "no mail here" to people, there is
another way to do that which is becoming more widely accepted:
name. IN MX 0 .
That way you can have an A record pointing to your webserver and the mail
will still go nowhere (and be refused by people checking for this)
