Sure. In the case of ICANN's nomcom or recently IETF's nomcom
I simply sent an e-mail to nomcom@, is that your idea ?
I'm not interested in "Robert's rules of order" or any other
part of the US legal system unless it's in a good book written
by Grisham (and yes, I'd buy it from amazon.de ;-)
