This is a formal call for people on this list to nominate anyone they think
is appropriate to be on the "SPF Leadership Council". Nominations to be
posted on this list. Private mails will not be acted on. Anyone may second
any number of nominations.
There is no limit to the number of nominations and there is no limit on the
number of seconders. One nomination with one seconder will ensure that the
name is put forward to a vote.
Any nominee who does not wish to do the job has only to say so, and their
name will be dropped.
When the time comes, everyone will be able to vote for five people, and the
names with most votes will be invited to form the SPF Leadership Council.
You may make your nominations anytime before 09:00GMT 13th November 2004.
If there is an overwhelming number of people who wish to extend that
deadline - so be it.
The SPF Leadership Council will take the responses to Williams vote as their
initial mandate.
