One  amendment prompted by the fact that many people were at IETF-61 and the
US FTC anti-forgery summit last week - and the time differences around the
world and the fact that some people only do spf stuff from their place of
work......

The deadline for accepting nominations is now 09:00 GMT, Tuesday, 16th
November 2004, and voting will commence 12 hours later.
