Interesting, thank you. Too bad IANAL to understand how exactly this
changes current situation but I think it helps but very slightly, at
the very least some provisions would make it difficult for one company
to use its influence in standard organization to force standard to be
anti-competitive which is as you can guess a good thing in particular
how it relates to what was happeing at MARID.
