The e-mail will probably mangle the formatting a bit - but you'll get the
general idea.

Hopefully this will be enough for people to check their votes and complain t
o me if something appears wrong.

I keep much more detailed analysis here for reference if there is a problem.

I agree with the comments made and I'll try to do something about the
requirement to "check" before "confirm".  By way of explanation - this was
because of all the comments on the list about the need for first/last vote
to count.  I am determined to allow people to mess around with their vote
before commiting, but the software isn't quite there yet :-/  The other
points I will try and do tonight if possible and go back to the peole who
raised them for re-checking.  The general cosmetic look is spartan, but
functional - I'll maybe do a tarted-up version for the next election ;-)

Thanks for the testing guys - I'll refresh everyone's account and add any
new ones so that you can do it all again tomorrow.  You can give me several
e-mail address identities for testing - the nearer they look - the better
the testing for false duplicates, etc.
