John,

Thank you for hosting, running and dealing with the procedures necessary to
get an elected council. You have operated this in an impartial and unbiased
way and you must be congratulated.

Lets hope that the new council will follow your lead and represent us wisely.

-Gary

Subject: [spf-discuss] RESULTS of the VOTE FOR THE SPF COUNCIL - plus,
recording officers statement

VOTE FOR THE SPF COUNCIL

RESULT

Please visit http://www.spfvote.idimo.com and see the results of your
voting for members of the SPF council.

Voting ended at 09:00 GMT Tuesday 30th November 2004.

Unless there are any serious objections to the votes cast, the result is
clear :-

The council will be formed by these people:-

 Meng_Weng_Wong
 Wayne_Schlitt
 Chuck_Mead
 Mark_asarian-host.net
 Julian_Mehnle

Congratulations to the "winners" and a *very* big thank you to the other
people who stood. Also a big thank you to all of you who showed their
genuine interest in SPF by voting.

I'm going to give everyone a couple of days to digest the result, and
assuming there's no serious objections, then the details of the voting will
be made available to the new council if they have reason to need them. The
details now available on http://spfvote.idimo.com should, however, be
sufficient.

The following people were possibly the victims of failed forgery attempts.

Adam Goodman -- Carl Hutzler -- Chris Bishop -- Christian Goebel -- Darren
Stephens -- Dennis Dayman -- Eric Girard -- Helmut Braun -- Jason Martin --
Jeff -- John A. Martin -- Jpinkerton -- Mark Lentczner -- Michael -- Mike
Markley -- Peter Karsai -- Thijs Vandenberg
Plus 21 other, unregistered names.(email addresses not displayed here)

There is no evidence to suggest that any of the votes cast were forgeries. I
will accept any voters comment on his/her vote if he/she thinks otherwise.
Please contact me off-list for that, as I will need some personal
information from you to verify the vote.

The deadline for formal objections to the votes cast and the declared
result, is 09:00 GMT Thursday 2nd December 2004. All objections must
include the fullest possible details and the exact reason for the objection.
