I'm curious as to whether you will still have these strategy-related
concerns after you do this research.

Please examine and discuss more transparent and verifiable methods of
voting.

The method of voting, (Condorcet-CSSD, first-past-the-post, instant
runoff, approval, etc.), has nothing to do with transparency and
verifiability.

Condorcet-CSSD is just as transparent and verifiable as any other
method, as long as results are posted for everyone to verify--in fact
the Debian project has used the Condorcet-CSSD method for its elections
and resolutions for years, posting the full results to all elections for
interested party to verify.

If your complaint is related the difficulty of turning the individual
rankings into matrices, adding the individual matrices together, and
extracting the winners from the total sum, I should point out that there
are programs and web pages out there that will do this (somewhat
cumbersome) tallying for you.
