Now what exactly are you proposing? The wikipedia lists a bunch of
alternatives.
As I wrote in my initial message to the council, I am suggesting the
Cloneproof Schwartz Sequential Dropping (CSSD, AKA Schulze) variant that
Debian and other projects are using.
