If that's what you mean by "Concorcet voting" - then it's a breeze :-)

for the specification of each, and a comparision based on mathematical
properties.
Actually, for electing the council, I would have had trouble ranking
my choices. "Approval voting" (vote for 1 or more) was exactly right
for the situation. I voted for all the guys I had personally talked
(well, emailed) with and knew would be good.
