Seems the experiences are quite varying still, depending on your
mail usage pattern.
It's a bit of a pity, but also shows that it should be a recipient
dependent setting whether SPF fail should be only marked in the header,
sorted out into a different folder, or completely rejected.
As long as everyone has that choice, one can slowly work towards a state
where more and more users can safely use the latter choice.
