Sendmail-patch URL

Hello all,

I'm trying the list after unsuccessful attempts to contact the web master:

I'm trying to download the sendmail-libspf2 patch from 
libspf2.org/download.html, but the link to 
http://www.sonologic.nl/spf.html appears to be broken, and has been for 
at least a week.
What's the scoop? Is this SPF library out of favour too? Is SPF 
obsolete? The original author of libspf appears to have given up on it too.
