Eudora Internet Mail Server (EIMS) has a 3rd party SPF implementation that
is in late beta. We have developered Guillotine as an interface layer
providing complete compatibility with the Postfix SMTPd Policy framework,
all available within an EIMS filter.
SPF will be distributed with the Guillotine filter when we release it
publicly in February, 2005, for all EIMS users to use worldwide.

I was actually the individual that posted that to the site, as we have followed
the SPF development for more than a year now (with _very_ minor contributions to
the discussions) and are the developers of Guillotine...
And, JIC, that message was not actually intended to be publicly posted on a
mailing list just yet. Guillotine is in _closed_ beta testing right now. C'est
la vie...
But, then, I guess it is not that large of a factor now that it has already been
done...
We are just glad to be bringing SPF, and the full complement of the Postfix
Policy framework, to the EIMS community (the single oldest mail server in the
Mac market).
