Some reviews indicate some confusion of v=spf1 with spf/2.0,
proposing a "lessons learned" text. One of these "lessons"
is probably, that you shouldn't use the PRA algorithm with
an MFROM sender policy, or vice versa.
In another article I saw that you're already planning to
address the "zone cut" issue somehow. Maybe a variant of
s/IN TXT/IN SPF/g could swing the one NO-vote claiming that
SPF abuses DNS.
