Support for Pipelining is announced in the response to EHLO,
IIRC.  At that point the SMTP client has already survived the
HELO/EHLO-SPF-check (RECOMMENDED in -01pre).  Then it's free
to start its non-stop fire - that's ESMTP, no SPF-issue. (?)
