Where? You'll have to give us a precise reference because I can't find
one. I can see some comments about source routes which have been
deprecated since before RFC 1123 in 1989, but this is unrelated to
forwarding.

Last but not least: The _senders_ policy explicitly forbids it.

If senders don't want their email forwarded then they shouldn't send email
to anyone who will forward it.

Ahhhhh - but how do you tell? Perhaps I do not want any of my mail to get 
forwarded
to certain mail systems. There is no way in hell that I can determine that
joe(_at_)example(_dot_)com has set up a forwarding to 
joe(_at_)terrorist(_dot_)iq, unless joe answers
from the latter address.
