Apache 2 and the website

Hi all.

We plan to switch the new SPF project website (which is still being built)
live soon, probably as soon as the openspf.* domains have been transferred
to Wayne's custody. However, until the new site can replace the current
one, it is going to live in a sub-domain (http://new.spf.pobox.com or
http://new.openspf.org or something).

For that to happen, the current site will have to be moved to Apache 2,
which is what the new site will be using. (Port 80 cannot be used by both
Apache 1 and Apache 2.) Today I have configured Apache 2 to serve the
current site under...

  http://spf.pobox.com:81

I have done rudimentary testing and the move looks very promising.

However, __please__ test out the various parts of the current site using
the above URL and report any problems you find as a follow-up to this
message.

If no hard-to-solve problems crop up, I will disable Apache 1 and switch
Apache 2 to use port 80 in a few days.
