No, not really. IMO, all the meta discussion (project coordination, etc.)
should be moved to spf-project or a similarly named list. (spf-project
already exists, but has been private (and dead for over 6 months) so far.)
I already agreed, on #spf, to have another mailing list that specifically
centers around the website (just an hour ago I sent Meng a request for a
new "spf-webmasters" list).
spf-discuss should cover topics that are directly related to SPF only, like
why SPF is good or bad, how it works, how it cooperates or competes with
related technologies, or how future versions of SPF should work.
