Ok. The motion passed, and the deadline has expired. I still haven't
heard anything from James.
I hereby move to retract the above resolution, and to maintain the
following four domains as permanent assets of the project:
openspf.{org,com}
open-spf.{org,com}
For now, only openspf.org shall be an official domain of the project, while
the others shall be held in reserve and configured to HTTP-redirect to
openspf.org or a sub-domain thereof (such as www).
