I hereby move to retract the above resolution, and to maintain the
following four domains as permanent assets of the project:
openspf.{org,com}
open-spf.{org,com}
For now, only openspf.org shall be an official domain of the project,
while the others shall be held in reserve and configured to
HTTP-redirect to openspf.org or a sub-domain thereof (such as www).
I see no good reason to abandon the .net and .info domains. We can do
that later *if* we feel that their cost outweighs their usefulness.
The domains are all paid up for a year and a half anyway.
Maintaining additional domains as project property and redirecting them,
and maintaining them personally and redirecting them, are two different
things, even though the immediate effect may be the same. I'm not sure we
should make a lot of domains into project property, because then it may be
difficult to switch the project's property trustee without dropping some
of the property first. I don't want to _require_ the property trustee to
pay for lots of slightly related domains which aren't strictly needed.
