Once they have your SPF record, they have already done the query(s).
So telling them, "gee you relly didn't need to check for type99
'cause we don't got it" doesn't help.  Any hint has to occur *before*
they fetch the SPF record.  Actually, there is already a hint:
if you query for type99 and they don't have it, the server returns
a negative result - which is cached.  The problem is with DNS servers
that are braindead.
