I have adding CSV/CSA support to pymilter on my TODO list. Sure, it
is not as widely deployed, but if the info is available, why not use it.

I did a survey recently of 135k domains found being used on an SMTP
HELO command. I found 5 domain owners had published CSV records and a
couple thousand and published SPF records.

I order to prevent wasted DNS lookups, I can provide you with the
short list of domains that actually have CSV records.

I think CSV/CSA policies could be translated to spf2.0/helo records

There is currently no such thing as "spf2.0/helo".
