A visit to www.openspf.org gets what looks like a personal web page

As Wayne noted, this was due to a mistake of mine in configuring the
website. It has been corrected already. (For those more involved, all
pages other than /index.html have been working correctly all the time.)
A visit www.open-spf.org gets no contact information for The Council
and no list of the members of the council. The closest thing seems to
be a news item "PF Community Council Election" with a broken link!
A new website is currently under construction. It already contains
information about the council[1], including the list of council
members[2].
How would you have an outsider communicate discretely with The
Council? Does The Council or any of its members advertise a PGP key?
If you want to contact the council as a whole, either write to
spf-council(_at_)v2(_dot_)listbox(_dot_)com, to
spf-private(_at_)v2(_dot_)listbox(_dot_)com (for things
that should be kept private), or to the council secretary[3] (which is me
at the moment).
Thanks for your concern.
Julian.
