I had another complaint about this, and it appears that I am having
the same problem. This looks like a bug with listbox.com software. I
am going to try and contact them about it.

I agree. Fortunately for me, I don't use the "To:" address to sort my
mailing lists, but I suspect a lot of other people are having all the
listbox traffic end up in their high-priority "personal" inbox.
