Okay, you're talking about GoogleBot finding the "primary"
archive of this list at listbox.
Yes, something there might be odd, I vaguely recall that I
couldn't visit this archive without "login" (or the cookie
created by a successful login).
That should be your article in this archive:
http://archives.listbox.com/spf-discuss(_at_)v2(_dot_)listbox(_dot_)com/200512/0009.html
It's almost unreadable (proportional font). Better views:

With GMaNe readers have much more options, and it's IMNSHO
good if GoogleBot uses one of the http-GMaNe-URLs, see also
<http://dir.gmane.org/gmane.mail.spam.spf.discuss> for the
complete list of interfaces like RSS + search offered there.
The "primary" listbox archive is only interesting if there
is a technical problem between listbox and any "secondary"
archive like "Gossamer threads" (sp?) or GMaNe.
Since when has the SPF discussion not been for pubic
consumption?
AFAIK you need a listbox subscription before you can post,
that's also relevant for the list admins, Community votes,
and Council elections.
In other words the public (incl. GoogleBot) should be able
to read it, but they'd better use one of the "secondary"
archives for their own comfort. But they don't need to
post here without active or passive subscription (unlike
spf-help).
Listbox supports to deactivate subscriptions if you read
this list elsewhere (Web archives, GMaNe newsgroup, etc.)
you're not forced to get it also as mails from listbox.
