Is anyone using the SPF exists macro to blacklist
commonly spoofed addresses (such as those commonly
found within various malware objects)?
Such a usage is illustrated at the top of page 30
(section 8.1) of the current spec.
If there was a publicly available sender address
BL it might be useful for such a purpose.
