I always look at SPF as a tool for the receiver, so that they
can know it was you who sent the message.  As a side effect
many bogus bounces are eliminated, if the intended receiver
gets that mail presented directly from the zombie.

Forwarders at the sending side, such as ISP smarthosts, do
generate bounces unfortunately.

If you want 100% elimination of bogus bounces, there are other
tools to look at.  SRS comes to mind, as do other protocols which
name I do not remember at this moment.
